 Frequently asked questions.

Q. Do we need a reservation?

A. During the week reservations are generally not necessary, although you can call if you feel more comfortable.  During the weekends it can be busy so calling ahead may be a good idea.  Birthday parties and groups over 8 need a reservation.  Call a few weeks ahead for birthday parties and the day before for large groups.

Q. When will my pieces be ready?

A. Your pieces will be glazed, fired and ready within a week to 10 days.  Often it is even less.  During holiday periods we try to complete your project as soon as possible, but due to the hectic season, it may take up to 10 days. We encourage you to pick up your creations in a timely fashion. We cannot be responsible for broken or lost items which remain after 30 days since completion.

Q. Do you rush firing?

A. Yes, we can fire items and have them ready in 3 days. We do need to charge a 10.00 rush firing fee.

Q. Can I eat and drink from the plates, bowls, mugs, and cups that I painted?

A. Yes, All of our glazes are all lead free and nontoxic.
