About us

The Clayground was established in 2001 and we recently took over the business in September of 2008.  At The Clayground we encourage both children and adults to use their imaginations and create a beautiful masterpiece to be treasured for years.   Drop by anytime and see our constantly changing inventory.  Looking for something fun to do on a Friday night?  Grab some take out and head to the studio where you can enjoy each other’s company and make memories.  Ladies, need some girl time?  Stop by the second Wednesday of each month for Diva Night.  Don’t know what to do with your preschooler?  Come in on Wednesday or Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 11:00am for story time. 

Our family has been painting pottery for years and now my husband, Chris, makes many of our pieces on the pottery wheel.  He has a passion for his craft and it shows in his beautiful work.  Don’t see what you are looking for on our shelves?  Just ask, Chris can throw a piece to spec or we can make you a piece from our choice of 3000 molds.
